At VRASSETS, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the guidelines below.

Refund Eligibility

  • The product files are corrupted or cannot be downloaded
  • The product infringes on your intellectual property rights
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
  • The seller fails to deliver the product within a reasonable timeframe

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the product
  • You didn't read the product description carefully
  • The product works as described but doesn't meet your expectations
  • You lack the technical knowledge to use the product
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake (unless not downloaded)

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and detailed reason for the refund request
  3. Include any relevant screenshots or documentation
  4. Allow 2-3 business days for our team to review your request
  5. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if only part of a product bundle is defective or if you've already used a portion of the product. Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Seller Refund Responsibility

When a refund is approved due to seller issues (misrepresentation, non-delivery, etc.), the seller is responsible for the refunded amount. VRASSETS platform fees may be waived at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks can result in account suspension. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly through our refund process.

Free Products

Products marked as free are provided as-is without refund eligibility. However, you may report issues with free products to help us maintain quality standards on the platform.
