By accessing or using VRASSETS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of VRASSETS, you must register for an account. When registering:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on VRASSETS, you agree to:

• Only list content that you have the legal right to sell
• Provide accurate descriptions and representations of your products
• Deliver digital goods promptly after purchase
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer on VRASSETS, you agree to:

• Use purchased assets in compliance with their license terms
• Not redistribute or resell purchased content without permission
• Provide honest and fair reviews
• Report any issues or concerns through proper channels

5. Intellectual Property

All content on VRASSETS, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VRASSETS or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Sellers retain ownership of their listed content but grant VRASSETS a license to display and distribute it through the platform.

6. Platform Fees

VRASSETS charges a platform fee on each transaction. The current fee structure is displayed during the listing creation process. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days notice to sellers.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in price manipulation or artificial rating schemes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Use automated systems to scrape or download content

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.

9. Limitation of Liability

VRASSETS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of content listed by sellers.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of VRASSETS shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
